Dear Paul, I feel compelled to write in order to compliment you and the team at Carrier rentals following my recent dealings with the company. My first enquiry on Friday 11th March was answered and acted upon instantly with a site visit and survey completed by yourself within a few hours of first contact. My individual requirements and urgency was recognised and a course of action was decided on and put in motion instantly. The installation was not as straight forward as expected with pipe sizes proving problematic. What was expected to be a 4 hour install turned into a 14 hour marathon. ( mostly in the cold and dark). It was clear Greg was not going to give up until the task was completed to perfection regardless of the late hour. My sincere thanks and admiration go to You, Greg, Sean and all involved at Carrier rentals for providing an excellent service. Best Regards David

Kenny insisted on using yourselves following the unit we had used at Park House in Warrington. We required units across 3 separate sites with short notice, it was noted that they were delivered and installed whilst dealing with differing environmental and siting issues. Since their arrival, they have been virtually trouble free and any small issues have been dealt with by your engineers with no disruption to the clients sites. Thanks for your help with these matters, and I’ll contact you at the start of next week regarding finalised off hire dates.

Having lost the main site chillers without warning and during a particularly hot spell meant that trying to secure a temporary unit was at a time when there was a high demand from many other organisations. The service we received from you personally and Carrier generally was exceptional and ensured that we were able to maintain our client’s business without any risk to their operation. Indeed when we did suffer an electrical spike which knocked out the generator, your team again responded to ensure normal service was resumed quickly and efficiently.
